Saffron Ice Cream Bites – A perfect cool treat for summer!

Here is the recipe:
1 Cup Melted Chocolate
¼ Cup Hot Milk
⅛ Tsp Kesari Saffron Powder
1 Cup Whipping Cream
¾ Cup Milk
¼ Cup Condensed Milk
2 Tbsps. Kesari Saffron Sharbat
Saffron Strands, for garnish
Line a square baking pan with plastic wrap and tuck from all sides. Pour in the melted chocolate and swirl the pan to even out the chocolate. Freeze for 1 hour.
In a large bowl, add whipping cream and whisk for 2-3 minutes until medium peaks. Add milk and condensed milk.
In another small bowl, add hot milk along with saffron powder. Mix well and let it infuse for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, add the saffron milk to the cream mix along with saffron sharbat. Whisk again until everything is mixed well.
Pour the ice cream mix over the frozen chocolate and freeze for 5-6 hours.
Once the ice cream has frozen, cut into bite sized pieces, garnish with saffron strands and serve immediately.
