Saffron Mango Shrikhand Dessert Recipe

Mango Shrikhand is a very simple, healthy and easy dessert recipe which can be prepared in no time. Mango Shrikhand is made with hung curd, mango puree, sugar, and saffron powder. It is garnished with chopped nuts and saffron strands and is best served chilled. Do try this no-cook dessert and enjoy with your family.

1 Mango, diced
1 ½ Cup Hung Curd
2 ½ Tbsp Powdered Sugar
2 Tbsp Warm Water
⅛ Tsp
Kesari Saffron Powder
Chopped Nuts, for garnish
Saffron Strands, for garnish


In a hand blender jar or hand blender, add diced mango and blend into a puree. Keep aside.

In a bowl, add hung curd and powdered sugar. Whisk well.

Add warm water to a small bowl and add saffron powder. Mix well and add to the hung curd mix along with mango puree. Mix well and transfer to serving bowls.

Garnish the shrikhand with chopped nuts and saffron and serve chilled.
